Senior Democrats will meet at 11:30 Tuesday, September 15 at Western Sizzlin in Springdale.  Teresa Marks, Director of ADEQ, is slated to discuss the phosphorous issues in the Illinois River Watershed as it relates to wastewater treatment plant effluent limitations.
